Step 1: Mix Spices

Dissolve 2 braised beef seasoning tablets in 100ml of boiling water, let steep for about 5 minutes.

Step 2: Marinate the Beef

Mix beef with sugar, seasoning powder, fish sauce, pepper, minced onion, minced garlic, ginger, and braised beef seasoning. Add crushed lemongrass and mix well. Marinate the meat in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Step 3: Stir-fry Beef

Stir-fry the beef on an infrared or gas stove until the meat is firm, then transfer the beef to the rice cooker.
